The Riverside Theatre, Parramatta

After 13 years at the Sydney Olympic Park Sports Centre, the Sydney Latin Festival will move to a brand new venue!

It wasn't easy to find a new home for the Sydney Latin Festival!  After being spoilt by arena seating, a spectacular stage and hotels within walking distance at the Sydney Olympic Park Sports Centre, our  new home had to satisfy the high standards we've been used to!

We are proud to announce the new venue for the 2018 Sydney Latin Festival - The Riverside Theatre in Parramatta!

The Sydney Latin Festival is the biggest and most popular Latin Dance event in Australia because we have always taken pride in putting our performers first.  There's nothing quite as spectacular as performing at the Sydney Latin Festival!

In keeping with our tradition of making our performers feel like superstars, we have secured the Riverside Theatre which has hosted Australia's best performing arts companies.  If it's good enough for the Australian Ballet, the Sydney Dance Company and Burn The Floor,  then we figured that it may just tick the box for our Sydney Latin Festival performers!

The added bonus of this venue is that it is across the road from the Novotel Parramatta, which will host our workshops and our parties.

Benefits of our new venues:

  • Only Latin Dance Festival in Australia to be staged in a World Class Theatre

  • Plenty of parking (both street and in secure car parks) around the venue

  • Located in Parramatta's famed "Eat Street", you will be spoilt for choice in terms of cafes and restaurants

  • 4.5 star Accommodation is in the same building as the parties and workshops - save time and energy getting from your bed to all the action!

  • Official hotel (Novotel) is just across the road from the Theatre, enabling performers to get ready in the comfort of their own rooms (no need to cart your costumes, shoes and make up around and worry about not losing your stuff!)
