GROUP BOOKINGS

  • Note that in 2018, all Performance teams must register as a Group.

  • If you wish to organise a Group (who may not be performing) we offer rewards and incentives for groups of 10 or more people

  • The following benefits for organising a Group Booking:

  • Note that you must submit your Group Booking by 30th May to earn these rewards

Bring 10 People

Your Reward: 
1/2 share of Room with 2 x Single beds in the Novotel Parramatta for 3 nights.
You can opt to either pay the difference for the entire room OR we can allocate you a room mate.

Value:  $270

*Note that all 10 people in your group booking must purchase a Full / Performer Pass

You must submit your group booking by 30th May to earn this reward

Bring 15 People

Your Reward:
1/2 share of a Room with 2 x Single beds in the Novotel Parramatta for 3 nights PLUS
1 x Yum Yums Package:

  • Buffet Breakfast: Sat, Sun, Mon

  • Lunch: Sat & Sun (2pm - 4pm)

  • Fri & Sat: Supper (after show from 10.30pm - 12.30am): Note we have designed the timing of the meals to suit performers who do not wish to eat before the shows.

  • Sun: Dinner 8pm - 11pm


Total Value: $450

 

*Note that all 15 people in your group booking must purchase a Full/ Performer Pass

Bring 20 People

Your Reward:
1 x entire room with 2 x Single Beds in the Novotel Parramatta for 3 nights PLUS
1 x Yums Yums Package:

  • Buffet Breakfast: Sat, Sun, Mon

  • Lunch: Sat & Sun (2pm - 4pm)

What happens if I bring more than 25 People?

  • The rewards cycle will start again if you bring more than 25 people.  

  • E.g. if you bring 30 people, you will get another 1/2 share in a Novotel room for 3 nights

  • If you bring 35 people, you will get another 1/2 share in a Novotel room for 3 nights + a Yums Yums Package

  • If you bring 40 people, you will get another Entire Novotel room for 3 nights + a Yums Yums Pacakage

  • If you bring 45 people, you wet another Entire Novotel room for 3 nights + 2 x Yum Yums package
