If you're performing at the Sydney Latin Festival, here's a handy checklist:

 

CHECKLIST FOR PERFORMERS

 

1. Make sure you'have purchased your performer pass

• All performers MUST purchase a Performer Pass for the Sydney Latin Festval..  Your team leader should have informed you about this BEFORE you signed up for the performance course.

• From the 14th June, all team leaders have closed off their Group Bookings, so you can only purchase a pass online.

• Note that a Performer Pass is the same as a Full Pass, and you can buy this via TryBooking.

 

 

 

 

2. Know what DAY and TIME your performance has been scheduled

• We will release a show schedule in PERFORMANCE ORDER after the Tech rehearsals have been done.

• The FINAL Show Schedule will be printed and posted up around the Change rooms and the Green Room

 

 

 

 

 

 

3.  Know what time you're expected at Tech Rehearsal

• Tech rehearsal times are listed in the Show Schedule.

 

 

4.  Dressing Rooms & Storage of Personal Items

There is limited space at the Riverside Theatre for dressing and make up.  We recommend that you book a hotel room at the Novotel Parramatta (just across the road from the Riverside Theatre) so that you can have access to showers, mirrors and a private place to get dressed.  This will also ensure that your valuables are in a safe place but easily accessible during the Sydney Latin Festival.  If you have not booked a hotel room yet, we recommend that you do so by calling the Novotel Parramatta on (02) 9630 4999

 

5.  Access To Food After Your Performances
Note that performances will finish around 10.30pm every night.  At this time of night, there will be limited food options. i.e. many restaurants will be closed, and the Novotel will NOT do any a la carte meals unless you are ordering room serice (limited menu).

The SLF have organised with the Novotel Hotel to have a buffet supper from 10.30pm - 12.30am specifically to cater for performers.  Cost is $35 and you can purchase there.  Alternatively, sign up for our VALUE FOR MONEY Yum Yums Package.  $180 for all your meals from Friday supper through to Monday morning breakfast.  ONLY available until the 21st June.
