Purchasing Tickets & Passes at the Venue

Question:  Can I purchase tickets and/or full passes, day passes at the Venue?

Yes, but the tickets will be a little more expensive, and you will also waste valuable time by having to queue at the registration desk and the cashier.

Full passes at the door are $375 (instead of $360 prepaid)

Question:  What times can I purchase tickets / register for the event?

Our ticket office and registration desks are open at the following times:

Friday:  10am - 2am

Sat: 9am - 2am

Sun: 9am - 1am
Registration will be located in the Novotel Parramatta (just outside the Ballroom Doors)
Registration will be located at the Riverside Theatre from 7pm - 10pm on Friday and Saturday

Question:  Can I purchase tickets to individual workshops?

Unfortunately Not. You can only purchase day passes or full passes.

Prepaid Registration & Ticket Collection

Question:  I registered online but I have not received any correspondence from you.  Should I be receiving my tickets in the mail?

  • If you purchased on line, you should have received a confirmation from TryBooking.com

  • If you purchased manually, you should have received an email from angela@sydneylatinfestival.com.au

  • If you purchased via a Group Booking (performer/full pass with your dance studio), you should have received an email from angela@sydneylatinfestival.com.au to confirm your name and pass.  Note that we rely on dance studios to provide us with the correct email addresses, so if your email address had a typo, it's possible that you did not receive your booking confirmation.

  • If you purchased only SHOW tickets, you should have received an email from The Riverside Theatre

Question:  I have just purchased SHOW Tickets, where do I go to pick them up?

All pre-purchased show tickets can be collected from the Ticket Office at the Riverside Theatre prior to the performance.

Your show ticket includes access to the Party on the same night.  Make sure you keep your ticket for free entry into the parties.

Question:  How does the Registration Process work for full passes & performer passes?  What do I need to bring with me?

Registration Desks will be set up in the lobby of the Novotel Parramatta from 10am on Friday 29th June.

There will be 7 desks: (1) First Name: A-C  (2)  D-H  (3) I-K  (4) L-N  (5) O-S  (6)  T-Z  (7)  HELP DESK

Depending on which pass you purchased, you will need to go to a different area of the Registration Desks.  Refer to the table below:

Anchor 1

Question:  What are the Terms & Conditions for full pass & performer pass holders?

Wearing a wristband identifies you as a full pass / performer pass holder. When you collect your wristband, you will be asked to agree to the following conditions:

1)  To keep your wristband on at all times during the Festival

2)  If you lose your wristband and you are unable to provide us with your original wristband, you must pay the full price of a full pass for a replacement

3)  If you break your wristband and require a replacement, you agree to pay a $5 replacement fee.  You must provide us with your original wristband in order to get a replacement.

Question: Do I have to book in for the individual workshops?

No, you do not have to book in for the workshops.  We would recommend that you get to these workshops early as it is strictly "first come, first serve". There is a 10 minute interval between workshops to facilitate movement of dancers between rooms, and all the rooms are within a 2 minute walk of each other.

Question:  I am performing on Friday night.  Will I have enough time to register and collect my tickets before rehearsals?

If you are performing on Friday night, you will be able to register at the Registration Desks at the Novotel Parramatta from 10am on Friday.

Checking into the Hotels

Question:  I booked my accommodation via the Sydney Latin Festival.  How will the hotel know that I have a room?

We will supply the hotel with a list of people who paid for their accommodation via the Sydney Latin Festival a month before the Festival.  Please do not call the hotel regarding enquiries about your booking as they will not have this information until early June.  When you check in at the hotel, all you will have to do is provide them with your name and some photo ID.  You will also be required to provide them with your credit card details in order to cover any room service charges.

Parking

Where Do I Park?

  • Parking at the Novotel Parramatta is available from $15 per day

  • The Riverside Theatre recommends parking at the Erby Place Eat Streets Car Park (access is from Phillip Street, opposite the Parkroyal Hotel).  You can get a discount voucher at the Riverside Bar or Box Office which entitles you to a flat parking rate of $7 on Fridays after 6pm, or all day Saturday.
